  I worked with Michael Ansell at NextGen Counsel on drafting a contract for a home renovation project. Due to the scope of the project and past experience with the contractor, I needed to add several highly customized clauses to the contract, and Michael was able to guide me through everything and explain the reasoning clearly. Throughout the entire process, Michael was prompt, patient, and thorough. I highly recommend Michael and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

  I had such a great experience with Michael and Stephanie at NextGen Council. I had spoken with a few attorneys before I chose to work with NextGen to help me with my employee handbook and offer letter. I went with them because of their confidence, personal touch and fair pricing–which is not something that comes to mind when you hear the word "attorneys"!   Michael is THE BEST! I don't often write reviews but when I receive excellent service or care, I feel the need to. I started my small business earlier this year and to be honest I had no idea how to legally begin the process of running my own company. I had so many questions to the point where I was almost too nervous to even begin. Thankfully, I found Michael early on and he was able to guide and help me every step of the way. I constantly had questions and he was always quick to reply. Not only that, he was also so kind and patient when I didn't understand some of the legal terminology and laws regarding businesses. He explained them in clear, concise, and understandable terms without all the legal jargon that was too overwhelming to understand. I also needed recommendations on an accountant and he referred me to an amazing one who has been so helpful with the financial side of things. His connections in the small business world definitely help those of us who need it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michael and NextGen Counsel. He's been essential in helping me establish my business and I couldn't have done it without him!!
