  I came to Next Level Physio in January of this year after suffering a severe knee injury skiing - think ACL, MCL, and Meniscus tear. From the start, I knew I had found my people in this team. I am a very fit and active 41 year old small business owner and mom of two young boys, so this injury was devastating! The doctor at HSS who diagnosed me with the tear recommended I start pre surgery rehab immediately, and one week after the injury, I found myself at Next Level with Dr. Nick.
  
  If you're looking for a a PT who works with athletes, then stop looking now and make an appointment here. Moreover, the level of personalization here is in comparable. Dr. Nick made it clear from the start that he would customize a rehab plan for me that would meet me where I was at physically while respecting the boundaries of my new post-injury body. I went into surgery in excellent shape, and everyone has been astounded at the quality and strength of my recovery. I truly believe that Dr. Nick changed the course of this horrible injury. At my 6 week post operative visit with my HSS surgeon, who also happens to be a NBA team doctor, he told me it was one of the best ACL recoveries he has ever seen!! I give so much credit to Dr. Nick for this!
  
  I am now three months out and have remained in the excellent shape that I was in heading into the injury despite having had intense surgery. I eagerly go to PT twice a week and look forward to the exercises I'm given because I know they are making a difference. The exercises are different each time I go, which speaks to just how customized the program is. No two days are the same, because my body is always just a little bit stronger each time I go. Next Level not only has fabulous doctors, like Dr. Nick, but the PT Aides are incredible - they are able to explain the exercise and ensure I'm doing them effectively, and are genuinely awesome people.

  Next Level Physio is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever received treatment from. Every staff member is very welcoming and supportive during treatment. The Next Level team have created a positive environment for every patient to feel important.
  
  Throughout my soccer season as a collegiate athlete I was experiencing hip and groin pain. After my season I got an MRI on my hip and was informed I tore my labrum in my hip. I have received physical therapy treatment pre-op and am currently receiving treatment post-op by Next Level with Dr. Nick. I have been extremely pleased with the treatment and support so far. Dr. Nick's passion to help his patients get better is unmatched. He is extremely diligent in making sure his patients receive the best quality treatment. He gives his patients his full attention and care. Not only has he been treating my hip but has been helping treat my shin issues that I’ve experienced for years. Next Level goes beyond treating where your pain is, but dives further into treating the root cause of the pain. Each session and exercise is specific to the patient, so there is intention behind everything you do.
  
  Dr. Nick has helped push me to become a better athlete and supported me through every step of this process. I know that because of Dr. Nick and the Next Level team, I will be not only recover from my injury but come out stronger than ever because of my treatment.
  
  In addition to the treatment I’ve received by Dr. Nick, he has also worked with my collegiate soccer team with our off season training. He spent multiple weeks with the team working on everything from strength training to speed work to conditioning. In addition to the physical benefits they’ve gained, they’ve also gained more confidence than they’ve ever had in the weight room. My teammates showed significant improvement by the end of the season and learned a lot throughout the process. He is still continuing to assign our strength and conditioning work for the summer and prepare us for our upcoming season.

  After an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery, I came to Next Level for a year-long rehab. Dr. Nick and Dr. Alex were absolutely fantastic in the level of care and knowledge they provided. They are genuinely interested in their patients' conditions and worked through every challenge right alongside me. The only caveats with Next Level are the out-of-network insurance issues, but if you can take care of those, you will be in the best possible hands. My knee feels great and I'm excited to return to the track. Thank you to everyone at Next Level!

  Something really great happens when you find you don’t have to struggle when you get out of bed, and you can go about your day without first having to loosen your stiff body. Dr. John helped fashion a regimen based on my difficulties. He does it with a great sense of humor, lots of encouragement and a personal exercise program to enhance my abilities. He spends up to an hour, at each session, going over the exercises making sure I do them correctly, and making sure the intensity fits my needs. He will follow up with my progress as I complete my sessions. He is highly professional, and he is ready when I come for my appointment. He has definitely made me much more aware of how important it is to build strength “at my age”. (My words, not his) I am so glad I was at the Morrisville Aquatic Center to see his presentation. I wish you success with your running, biking and swimming, Dr. John. You truly inspire!

  Best physical therapy in NJ! I first started seeing Dr. Jerry for my overall fitness pre-COVID, then starting seeing him regularly again for my shoulder surgery rehab. I've had experiences with other physical therapists but none of them measure up to Dr. Jerry. He really knows what he's doing and makes you feel welcome and comfortable in the space. I can't recommend him enough!
