(July 11, 2023, 3:59 pm)Woke up with the worst toothache. Just moved to the area and needed to find a neighborhood dentist. I called and spoke to Karen who was the absolute best at her job. She spent two hours trying to find out if the office accepted my insurance. I sure hope everyone in this office is as great as she is. Thanks Karen you Rock! 💐

Luckily Dr. Dow and her office take every COVID precaution and I felt very comfortable getting dental work done there. Also I am a bit weary of dentist visits to begin with, but Dr. Dow has a great bedside manner and took every step possible make me comfortable. Highly recommended!

(August 24, 2019, 9:59 am)The staff at Newtown Square Family Dentistry is so welcoming and friendly! They are very accommodating with my busy schedule, even coming in on Saturday for me. I have started Invisalign treatment and so far am very happy with my experience.

(January 18, 2019, 9:28 am)After seeing Dr. Dow I can say my smile has never been better! The attention to detail was incredible. At no point did I feel that I was being rushed out the door like typical doctors appointments. Full disclosure, I was a little nervous being honest because I haven't been to the dentist in years but Dr. Dow was amazing! She has flexible work hours a few days a week for people who get stuck in the office like me and need to go after 6:00. The staff is always smiling and very helpful when answering questions. Dr. Dow is my new dentist and my teeth look forward to our next visit.
