  We switched from crystal run to New Windsor Pediatrics, as we were always getting bounced around to different pediatricians and felt like the care was no longer personal. We love Dr.Shapiro, she is always prompt, honest, and shows love for my baby. Stephanie is very nurturing and takes time to check in. We love all of the nurses as well who take the time to remember our kids’ names. It’s always easy to get an appointment & love that they are open late. There is never a wait time for your appointment and they let you take as long as you need in the patient rooms.

  Love Dr. Shapiro! Very kind and gentle with the little ones. She took the time to listen to all my concerns with the same day appointment. Staff is always accommodating and warm to the arrival. Thank you to all!

  We’ve been with New Windsor pediatric for a little over a year now and we love them. We switched from a family care office who was extremely difficult to get into whenever one of my children were sick. We’ve never had an issue scheduling a sick visit and everyone in the office is extremely nice and caring. My oldest was just in the office last week and the DOCTOR called to see how he was feeling and answered questions without rushing me off the phone or simply telling me to come in. So happy we found a pediatricians office who we love and actually care about their patients

  I am very pleased with our visits at New Windsor Peds! My son is 9 months old and has been going there since birth. Their hours are incredible with their later hours and weekend hours. We’ve never had an issue getting an appointment. Dr. Shapiro, Mary-Kate Guccione, and Stephanie Berlin have taken such good care of my son during his well visits and sick visits. They are thorough, caring, and personable. The support staff, especially Tiffany, have all been very sweet and supportive, as well! Looking forward to using them for the years to come.

  My son was scheduled for 10:30 but we got there around 10, the nurse was able to squeeze us right in and had us out within 10 minutes! Dr Shapiro is always spot on very clear and to the point thankful for all these people who work at that center they are very sweet and work quickly!
