  The staff couldn’t be more helpful starting from the reception desk to the 6th floor were i had to see my patient.
  I liked the way the staff treating the patients on the 6th floor .
  Thank you fir being there for patients and vendors.

  Overall beautiful place. The staff is beyond attentive, compassionate, dedicated and dependable.The main person who I would love to acknowledge is Sandra Beckford because she always goes above and beyond for every patient/resident she encounters. She has a remarkably caring, loving and understanding spirit. She’s extremely compassionate about her position here at New Vista and the patients/residents light up when they see her come their way. She takes the time out to actually engage and sit with the people here. I’m definitely grateful for her all that she has done on behalf of me and my mom while she was patient/resident here.

  My uncle got dementia and wondered off he was missing for 3 years I called nursing homes and hospitals and couldnt locate him until I spoke with the admission director at new vista (Anita Pickett)She went above and beyond and assisted me finding him even though she didn’t know me or him . She was able to locate him at another nursing home I was finally relieved. Calling new vista turned out to be the best decision. I transferred my uncle to new vista and he has never been happier. The staff really is remarkable
