It is very easy going and relaxed environment to unwind and rejuvenate. -

(August 30, 2022, 1:43 pm)Immediately walking into the place, it felt very calm and welcoming. Gina and Jasmine are amazing at facilitating group sessions, making them both fun and educational. It felt really nice feeling understood by my own peers and hearing their own experiences that sound so similar to mine. Gina and Jasmine offer a lot of insight to reform our thinking and build healthy habits, while also being relatable and engaging. I love them both and would recommend anyone to come to these sessions!
