You will have good conversations and can ask questions and they will give you fair & honest answers based on their own experience. They are the absolute best option to help you with all aspects of transitioning aging loved ones to new care levels because they provide the local "ground truth" knowledge of the many varied assisted living / memory care facilities in CT. They start by learning about your loved one and their needs and have a real passion and caring for the well being of the whole family in what can be a very stressful time.
