  I should of been done this but I kept forgetting, lol . New movement athletics has been a breathe of fresh air. After not being able to attend a gym in over a year. I was able to join new movement and let's just say it's been amazing these past months . I can already see positive changes in myself . Eric and Rose has been amazing trainers, but they are patient but tuff. They have helped me understand my workouts better and even helped me with my meal regimen.

  I went for the first time today and I can actually say afterwards I felt good. Yes they know what I need to work on and they didn’t force me. They encouraged me to keep pushing myself letting me know I could do it even when I was telling myself I couldn’t. I joined the group classes today and I’m very proud of myself. Thank you guys I appreciate it

  The vibe in this gym is amazing!!! The trainers know there stuff and help you out to make sure your doing your work out correctly so you don’t get hurt and they are very motivational !!!

  Eric and Rose are great trainers and great at what they do. This gym experience has changed my life completely there is no judgement and there committed to making sure your doing your workout correctly to get results. They motivate you and push you past your limits proving to you your full potential. I also enjoy the group experience they offer it really helps push yourself and those around you.
