  After weeks of back and forth trips between the hospital and rehab, we were able to bring our dad home last week to pass at home. There are no words to describe the gratitude we have for all of the people at RVNA who helped us along the way. Every nurse we worked with was knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind with dad as well as with all of us caring for him. Whenever we had to call the 24/7 hotline, we were always immediately connected to the on call nurse who either talked us through problems over the phone or quickly came out to help us. Dad passed away peacefully this past Thursday with his loved ones and an RVNA nurse at his side. Thanks to the entire RVNA team for the work you do. You all helped to make a sad and hard situation for us so much easier both practically and emotionally. YOU are all the true angels. xoxoxoxxo.

  This organization is top notch. We were able to bring our family member home for Hospice care only with their help. We specifically asked for New Milford VNA because of their reputation, otherwise the social worker at the hospital would have put us with someone else. They helped to teach us how to be a caregiver, was in contact with the doctor, ordered prescriptions, had the bed and oxygen delivered, gave us the resource information about groups for our well being, had all the paperwork lined up and even had volunteers come to sit while we went out on errands and lunch. We had a regular schedule of nurses, aides to bathe the patient and a social worker to oversee us. They are caring, compassionate and so knowledgeable

  I've been homebound after a serious accident injury and New Milford VNA services have included nursing, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. The level of concern shown, and the level of personal care given by everyone I've come in contact with has been extraordinary and professional.
