(July 10, 2023, 9:41 am)I really like Dr. Beck and his secretary is the best. What I can’t stand it the back office. No one is ever there to take your call and your prompted to leave a messege, which is never returned, necessitating three, four, five or more calls to get someone to call you back. I have run out of medication because they never returned my call, nor calls from my pharmacy. They really need to hire some new people who know how to do their job.
Edit: 07/10/23 they have mostly fixed the problems mentioned above so I’m raising my rating to four stars. Not five stars because it’s still hard finding appointments that are not weeks out. -

(January 27, 2023, 12:54 pm)I just had a physical today with Dr. Konick and I wanted to submit my feedback on this practice after reading over these reviews. I have been a patient here for approximately five years and have only positive to say about my experience. While I do tend to agree with the comments regarding the phone system, as a person who has worked in this type of environment, I can sympathize with the staff. The phone never stops ringing and it is a very high volume practice. That being said, Dr Konick is one of the best doctors I have had the privilege to know and she is the reason for my review. She is kind, caring, intelligent and really takes the time to listen to you. I came with a detailed list of questions and she was able to respond factually with numerous suggestions that I will now integrate into my health regiment. That has always been the case with her, not just this visit which is why I felt compelled to write his review. There are not many things in life as important as your health and I am confident entrusting mine to Dr. Konick.
