(March 11, 2019, 6:39 am)This past weekend I had an encounter with a deer while driving. Trooper Jenkins from the Mansfield barracks responded to the 911 call. He was respectful, compassionate and treated myself and my passenger with utmost professionalism. I am thankful to Trooper Jenkins and all the NJ State Troopers that guard the people of Warren County.
