(August 16, 2023, 12:24 pm)An exterior corridor motel+. Rooms need updating, but are clean and the bedding is good. The common areas are newer and well done. The hot breakfast is decent for free and offers scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, make your own waffles, as well as breakfast drinks. The pool is what gets the property the 4th star. Great pool with a bar. The location is also very convenient to New Hope, Lambertville, and Peddler's Village without the high cost of staying at a local inn.
Needs: room renovation and shuttle service to local attractions. -

(August 1, 2023, 6:20 am)Nice little hotel that served its purpose. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, everything seemed clean with a nice atmosphere. The only two negatives are the pool closes way too early, and that's a shame, and our mattress was in need of being changed. It provided an okay sleep but definitely needs to be updated. Other than that not a bad little place at all in a good location, especially if you're doing something in Doylestown!

(July 31, 2023, 6:07 pm)This is a nice hotel for the price in New Hope. It’s not a fancy bed & breakfast but it’s just fine! About a 5 min drive into the town of New Hope, Lambertville and Peddlers Village. Book through their actual website and you’ll get the lowest rate.
Positive:
We appreciated that the double Queen suite had a separate lounge room with outside entrance and that there were two large sinks outside of the bathroom with well lit mirrors. The room was clean, plenty of lights, outlets, trash cans. Beds were really comfortable. Everything worked except one outlet. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was great (but coffee was awful). Pool was nice, had a bar, not too crowded to swim. There is a convenience store downstairs if you need it. Plenty of parking. Check in/out was easy. All of the staff were very friendly!!
Areas for improvement:
The couches in the room were very beat up, peeling away and truly need to be replaced. The door to our room with the beds would not open most of the time, it was stuck shut. We were only given one and a half rolls of toilet paper (4 guests).

(July 5, 2023, 9:59 am)Nice renovations to the decor of the room and lobby, however, the bathrooms are just way too small. Small as in, the door just kisses the toilet seat when opening or closing it. Staff is wonderful and accomodating. Always have been. Pool area is inviting and the bar staff is very cool and friendly. I personally love this place.
