  Our old hot water tank started leaking water at night. I called Mike next morning after seeing all the good reviews. I was surprised Mike picked up the phone right away. In the past I almost always had to leave a message for a call back with other trades. After I explained our water tank was leaking water, Mike explained in details our options, various brand products, benefits and cons, with tankless, high efficiency tank, and a low tech tank. Once we picked our best option, Mike was able to come to install at the end of the day the same day! He also fixed our low water pressure issue and replaced a faulty valve that I didn't know was bad. I highly recommend New Era Plumbing! They will be the company we'll call for services in the future.

  I called Mike early in the morning that my pipe burst and there was 3 inches of water in my basement. Mike came right away to my house and fixed the pipe that burst. He also found there was a frozen pipe, so he replaced that pipe and reorganized the other pipes for the sump pump and reinstalled the radon system. He is reliable, and does amazing work. He also explained what was going on and what he changed.

  Mike has always been wonderful on each of the numerous times I have needed a plumber. He has always come quickly to solve the problem. I really feel that his prices have been fair and reasonable when I compare them to what some of my friends have paid. Twice he has even spent time helping me over the phone or by texts for free. I am an older widow. It is really comforting to know that I can totally trust him to come in a timely manner and completely fix the problem for a fair price.

  Mike did a great job at my mother-in-law's installing a new furnace and AC unit. It was a no brainer to call him when my kitchen faucet connection starting leaking. He was able to install a brand new faucet and fix the leak in less than an hour. He did a great job working in tight quarters. Very impressed with his professionalism and work. Would highly recommend New Era Plumbing for small and large jobs.

  These guys did a great job working with my Home Improvement company to put together a beautiful master bathroom! They were always timely on their days of work and respectful of our space. And the work come out great!
