  My fur baby, Blake, suddenly became ill and I took him to this ER. After doing some tests and draining his peritoneum the doctor told me it's best to follow up outpatient and wait for the results of the peritoneal fluid. Fast forward a few days, Blake tested positive for feline infectious peritonitis. After discussing this with his vet, we came to the conclusion that euthanasia was what was best for Blake since there isn't approved treatment for FIP and I knew Blake would not get better. I didn't want him to suffer and be in pain. I brought him back to the ER. Everyone was so caring, compassionate and amazing in every single way. The technician was simply amazing. It was such a difficult time for me that I couldn't remember her name but hopefully she sees this. She went out of her way to make this experience as "easy" as possible. She let me do postmortem care and say goodbye to Blake the way i wanted. I will never forget how sweet and caring she was. I just came back from picking up Blake's ashes. They made a little paw print. It's such a great way to have a piece of him with me. Everyone I interacted with both visits was so supportive, caring and compassionate. I will hands down recommend this place. You know your fur babies will be in great hands with them. I can't say enough great things about them. Every single person I interacted with was so great!

  They were amazing with our dog, they got him in quickly and checked him out quick and let us know what was going on with our dog. unfortunately we ended up having to put our dog down. They were great with the whole process they let us take as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes to him. I can honestly say I will be recommending them to anyone!!!

  I was very happy with how they cared for my dog. They did all the test I expected and wanted them too to give us a clear idea of what was going on with her. The vet was caring and helped my dog to get better. The only bad things was. When they gave her to me she was dripping wet from her legs and lower body. I was told they rinse her off because she had gotten excited and urinated on herself. I put her in my car and had to drive a good 30 minutes home. I barely left the hospital and I had to open all the windows because she smelled so horrible like she was laying in urine all day. The smell was horrible. I needed to give her a bath as soon as we got home. My baby has never smelled so nasty. I had to put a thick mask on even with windows open so I wouldn't be sick from the nasty stench. That was totally unprofessional and if I ever have to go there again I will tell them I expect her not to he stuck in some area where she lays in urine. I paid $1200.00 for the day. That's a months rent for myself . For that price she should have had a luxury spa day and not have been dripping wet with what I think was urine not water . Other then that I was very happy with the Veterinary attention to my concerns and her medical issue she had.

  These folks helped us out on two different occasions, late at night on the weekend, during COVID. The staff were really helpful; they gave us options and were pretty fast. Definitely recommended.
