  Here’s the deal. If your like me, you need three things when it comes to your car. A good mechanic. An honest mechanic. A fair mechanic. I get all three at New England Automotive. I’ve been coming to Mark for years and never have I left feeling like my issue wasn’t resolved at a fair price. He’s only going to do what you need done and get you back on the road quickly and safely. My life is easier knowing he is there. Thanks Mark for taking good care of me and my family.

  Mark is absolutely fantastic. Needed a lot of body work done and he talked through the timing, parts, etc with me. His prices are more than reasonable, he’s totally customer oriented and does an amazing job! I would recommend him to anyone!!!

  We were recommended New England Automotive & Mark a few years ago from a friend and have never looked back since. I used to attempt to fix most of our vehicles myself, but now I can't wait to hand everything off to Mark. His communication, knowledge, and punctuality are second to none. He's kept our vehicles on the road well beyond their prime and his prices are incredibly reasonable and honest. Don't think twice, just call Mark the next time you need repair work and you'll have a mechanic for life!

  Mark corrected a very expensive botched brake job on my car, from an automotive repair shop I'd been going to for over 20 years! With patience and thoroughness he explained to me what was not done correctly supported by pictures.
  My car now runs like it's brand new.
  I highly recommend Mark!!

  I have an old Toyota Tacoma that needed some frame and exhaust repair work. I wasn't able to find anyone local that would even look at it. A good friend of mine mentioned New England Automotive. Mark fixed my truck so that it was better than new. He called and sent text messages along the way to keep me informed, and even sent pictures of the work he was doing while in progress. Mark is highly knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and fair with his prices. I would highly recommend Mark and his shop without reservation. I will definitely travel the 30 minutes from my home to his shop for any future repairs.
