  NEA is an expert in the Design-Build field. We worked directly with NEA’s principal Jay DiApice on a kitchen renovation, re-design of the first floor plan, adding architectural details to the dining area, building a contemporary bathroom, and a modern material roof makeover along with new dormer construction.
  
  The kitchen was an enormous undertaking which entailed building custom cabinets, organizational drawers, a pantry, and wine storage. The roof construction required quick problem-solving of several 1980s poorly-installed oversized skylights that resulted in maximizing natural light for our den.
  
  Jay gives you peace of mind and sound advice. I was pleased with his practical approach and honest evaluation of cost to help me manage expectations. What really distinguishes Jay from other general contractors is that he genuinely cares about his clients, handles each and every detail, and provides hands-on coordination of the several trades involved in a project.
  
  Our current project involves remodeling the 1980s specs of a large hall bath. Jay has crafted a modern design for us by using a natural palette while maintaining a sense of openness with the installation of an oversized window and door. Once again, Jay helped me navigate the time-consuming tile selection process, design of a vanity, and appropriate fixtures.
  
  I have found that Jay’s firm has everything you would want - professionalism, practical knowledge, expertise, regular communication, and the ability to create perfect spaces. I highly recommend using Jay and NEA for your next project.

  Jay and the NEA team were absolutely fantastic in their remodel of my home. They are very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Doing a remodel is riddled with uncertainty as I was unsure what to expect, and every step along the way they faced every challenge and found solutions to make our home look fantastic.   There is great peace of mind knowing that something expensive was done correctly. NE Artisans did an extensive renovation to the main part of our house, extending the family room, which included adding foundation and a new roof. The work was done in a top notch manner, and we have had no issues since the completion, now three years.

  We used New England Artisans to put two additions onto our house and update our kitchen counters and island. We're about to do a main bathroom with them, so going back for more. Their attention to detail, ability to bring my vision to life, and quality workmanship was outstanding. They never skimped on quality and when we had issues with the heat in one of our new rooms, they continued to follow up with HVAC services until it was fixed. They always had recommendations, that increased the budget, but also improved the projects beyond measure. I didn't use a designer, but they were incredibly helpful at helping me throughout the process with their expertise. I highly recommend Eddie and Jay, they do amazing work.

  I've worked with Eddie and his team on several projects and each turned out better than the one before! custom kitchen, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors (install and refinish), railings & bannisters, patio door, drainage and crown mouldings, fireplace stonework and custom built-in cabinets. We start planning early and he is very patient to make sure I'm happy with every decision on design and finishes. He knows and understands my style. NEA is meticulous when it comes to details and keeping me informed throughout. He even added a few special lighting extras in my kitchen. My place is gorgeous. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommend.
