Very professional, responsible, and great communicator during the whole project. Reasonable price and open to owner's suggestions with quick actions and short project duration. Mr. Eric Chung also manages professionally all the documentation involved working with the condo management office and NJ local city building department offices.

If you are thinking about kitchen or bathroom remodeling and renovation in New Jersey, we recommend that you contact New Dream Home CEO Eric and get a quote. He has formal insurance and licenses, and he meticulously helped me with the difficult condo/borough document preparation. I've done construction work a few times while living in New Jersey for 20 years, but most of them are unfriendly or difficult to contact during the construction period. Even when I give detailed consultation, I tend to ignore it and proceed with the construction, but Eric was very good at contacting and communicating well. Above all, the price was very reasonable and the construction period was kind. -

We got renovated our entire kitchen and he worked with us to provide what we wanted but also provided very constructive suggestions and explanations for things that would not go well.
