The post by Marshell is inaccurate. I am the owner and principle Chiropractor of NCC in New Castle, DE. It was just brought to my attention that their was a negative post on my website from 2 years ago. This from a "boyfriend" of a patient with no name and whose address is for somewhere in new castle, Kentucky. I strive to treat all patients with the utmost respect especially when it comes to finances. We will do our best to work with third party insurances but if coverage is denied it is the responsibility of the patient to pay for the services rendered. In such cases, we discuss this with a sympathetic ear to our patients and make arrangements for payment that are agreeable to both parties. We do not gouge our patients or insurance companies with our fees. This post was by someone who is not a patient of this office and we are working to remove the post. I pride myself on "Patient first thinking" in all regards especially making chiropractic care affordable to all, regardless of ability to pay.
