(August 21, 2023, 4:25 pm)I was extremely impressed by the level of care that I received from New Baltimore Family Dentistry. I was not a current patient and I had an emergency with a dental implant. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Dr. Ross was very nice and listened to my issue and was able to fix the problem, and give me advice for any future problems with this implant. I plan on remaining a patient whenever I return to the Catskills for camping season. Hands down the best experience ever. Thank you so much to their awesome Office manager and friendly staff.

I would not hesitate to return for cleanings and treatment. -

(August 1, 2023, 5:37 pm)This was my first visit for a teeth cleaning at New Baltimore Family Dentistry. My dental hygienist was Morgan. She was phenomenal! Very thorough and caring. I have sensitive teeth. Morgan made certain to apply a numbing agent, before cleaning my teeth. I traveled 50 mi to go to this dentist. It is worth the trip. I will be coming back.
