(December 10, 2019, 12:05 pm)I really liked him he was the first neuro who didn't try to force me into taking medications but he moved away and the person who took over his practice doesn't accept my insurance so I kind of got screwed over.

(March 4, 2019, 7:46 pm)Dr McCarren is a wonderful doctor who goes above and beyond making his patients feel cared for. He diagnoses the problems you came to him with but he cares about the patient as a whole being not just the pieces he specializes in. I feel very fortunate to have been cared for by him. The other staff at neurological health associates are also all excellent and caring people who are wonderful to work with.

(August 14, 2017, 10:00 am)Dr. McCarren is one of the few remaining doctors that will take the time to actually talk to you in detail about symptoms and problem-solve instead of just slapping you with another quick prescription. His office staff (Joanne) has spent hours helping to deal with my inept prescription insurance.
