  Eric and his crew did an awesome job! They arrived early everyday and made sure everything was completed in an efficient way. The deck (Trex) is great quality and looks great as well. Highly recommend.

  My wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship and timeliness of the our renovation. Eric Nessim was very helpful and easy to work with and the 2 very talented contractors (Ben and Tom) who completed the work were excellent and the price was quite reasonable.

  Eric and his team did a phenomenal job with our basement renovation. Eric is one of the most responsive and customer centric contractors I have ever worked with. When I reached out for an estimate he contacted me within hours and was out to see the job the very next day. While we were doing the job he was very quick to respond and was always fair and helpful when any unforeseen issues came up with the build.
  
  Our foreman Manny and his crew were also incredible. They were true pros. Our basement was a difficult job, with lots of custom work required because it was an old basement with low ceilings, but Manny and the crew went above and beyond every step of the way.
  
  I am super happy with our new basement, and can't believe the transformation that Eric and team created!

  we used nessim renovations for our basement finishing. eric was quick and efficient. his team was outstanding, checking in with us frequently to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. the job was completed on time, and included a custom pantry and half bath.

  I recently hired Nessim Renovations to give my old house more curb appeal and they did a fantastic job!! Eric was attentive, responsive and punctual and the work ended up being very affordable compared to other quotes I received. They also finished the job much more quickly than I anticipated. I can’t recommend them enough!
