  I have worked with Robin at NEPM for several promotional items and she was fantastic! She provides professional, yet personalized customer service. Each time I came to her with a last minute request because of my poor time management skills, but she always managed to work with me and turn things around quickly to meet my deadline. Robin works closely with you to find items that meet your vision and budget. We used NEPM several times for our promotional items for our state university and I will certainly recommend that we continue to order through them.

  NEPM has truly been an outstanding business to work with for many years. The owners and staff are professional and committed to providing great customer support to their clients. They will go to great lengths to find the best marketing product(s) that best suits their customers. NEPM is very responsive to any request - the turnaround times are very quick. I have utilized NEPM for business as well as personal - their selection of products is endless. NEPM is a local, family and female operated/owned business - I wouldn't go to anywhere else for my branded/marketing products!

  NEPM has been our vendor of choice for many years now. Great staff, competitive pricing, and quick turnaround of orders. Super convenient when looking for company gifts and they go the extra mile to gift bag, add tissue paper, and bow items when asked. Extensive inventory and always eager to accommodate us customers. Highly recommend NEPM if you are looking for apparel, sales gifts, and corporate gifts. A+ rating!

  NEPM is my go-to promotional company, which handles a range of needs, from sourcing products offered on our hosted company store to one-off customized orders. The NEPM hosted company store is always well-stocked, and items ship promptly. They have a very efficient fulfillment center that can handle drop shipments easily. I recently placed a rush holiday order, which they were to turn around quickly in a perfect holiday-themed gift box. Given the impacts of COVID and remote work, they also shipped out directly to a staff list, which removed a great deal of stress from the process. The staff is excellent to work with and provides unique ideas and suggestions throughout the process. Highly recommend.

  I use NEPM for just about everything; for giveaways at golf tournaments, employee recognition and community events; and for everyday handouts. I am blown away by the level of commitment and service NEPM (specifically my rep., Youssef) provides. Usually, quality suffers when working within a certain price point, but this has never been a concern during my many years working with NEPM. NEPM’s promotional items are exceptional, while remaining cost effective. If you are unsure of an item, Youssef will order and provide a sample before placing a bulk order. In fact, I meet and converse regularly with Youssef to remain in the loop on any hot, new items or if I have an upcoming event. Youssef is always a phone call away, entirely knowledgably and makes my job that much easier. I also use NEPM to store our promotional items, which makes inventory, tracking and ordering FAR easier. In fact, NEPM’s online ordering system is very sophisticated and allows my coworkers the freedom to order items when they’re running low (a task I used to manage manually). NEPM comes highly recommended!
