  Love the idea behind the place. Prices are as high as anywhere in the Berkshires (think Great Barrington, Williamstown). As someone who lives in Becket - this is a treasured place. I wish the evening menu had at lest a few options to keep the price of dinner under $70-100. The proteins really deserve bigger plates and sharper knives - while tasty I often think I should bring my own cutlery. If possible draft beer from out neighbours Wandering Star (an owner lives in Becket) and Hot Plate would enhance the local partnerships. And while I love Carlsons cider, Artifact is from Florence MA. With a bit more price sensitivity, locals would come more than once a week for sure.

  Adorable place with farm to table fresh food. Wonderful service and atmosphere. I had a fresh salad with radishes straight from the garden. My husband had a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. Menu is limited but we had no trouble finding something to eat. We will be back

  The cinnamon rolls are no joke! Homemade, Chewy, all around stunning! The pancakes were fluffy and the real maple syrup was delish. Hot delicious local coffee, and warm friendly low pressure staff! It's not so much go again, but can I go every Saturday!

  Small town gem!! As you can see from the photos, we had to try everything. The food was fresh, creative, locally sourced and full of flavor. The fresh, homemade bread was out of this world. The homemade cinnamon bun and chocolate tart were amazing. My favorite was the fresh whip cream to top of the Apple Crumble....who does that?? The owners, Olivia and Molly are sweet, welcoming folks who provided super service as well. Looking forward to Summer 2023 in Becket at the Neon Newt!!!!
