Removed all the water, dried, and then meticulously decontaminated every item I had in our basement. The biggest value they brought to me was the peace of mind that everything would be taken care of.

The before and after photos were night and day and they 2 guys that were in our home were respectful, told us what was happening as they were doing the work and kept things cleaned up. They were on time and worked quickly, but were thorough. There was very little I needed to do after they left. I highly recommend them for the HVAC cleaning services for sure.

(November 27, 2019, 10:20 am)Ben came on short notice when Sears bailed on us - and we had 30 people coming for Thanksgiving in 5 days. Neo took the 10' x 12' area rug, cleaned it to like-new condition, and delivered it back a little after 10 AM when the window for delivery was 10 AM - 1 PM. The man who brought the carpet back, Avi, got it situated just right and helped replace the furniture. Not cheap, but well worth it for this kind of quality service and dependability.
