  I was greeted by a young man who had only been with the company for just a couple of weeks but he was very knowledgeable about the product and material. It's always nice to deal with a knowledgeable friendly staff.

  I recently went into Nemo Tile after going to several other stores on Old Country Road, they were in the middle of a major renovation and expansion of their showroom, even with all the construction going on they still had more stuff on display then many of the other places I visited. I ended up purchasing a tile floor for my kitchen and I will be back after my countertops are put in to purchase my backsplash, and hopefully a bathroom tile for my next project. Thank You Aileen

  We went to multiple tile stores on a Sunday. Each rep was busy. We did not get attention. However, Aileen was amazing. Despite dealing with an appointment, she acknowledged us and did an great job serving us. Although we were not able to find the right tiles, we would return because of her.

  After visiting the BIG home improvement stores, half a dozwn tile stores, this place was the only one I found that had a hard to matxh tile IN STOCK. Most placea have a 7-14 day order delivery time.
  This place is 5 stars with me!!
