  As a business owner for 40+ years I can tell you that Nejame &Sons was text book for doing business. From the design process, to the completion the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely hard working. But most importantly, along with the workmanship, it was completed when they said it would be. That should be an A+ for anyone looking for a pool installer.

  James was amazing with helping me hook up a new Hayward Superpump. He made sure to give me the proper fittings I needed as well as the correct advice on installing and setting up the new pump to the pool lines and filter canister. The best pool service experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back for anything else I need. Thank you James !

  Just wrapped up our inground pool installation and we had a very positive experience with NeJame & Sons. Kevin (our salesman and project manager) was amazing. He kept us informed throughout the process and was incredibly patient and responsive to all our endless questions. Sara and Samantha (office correspondence) were also fantastic. They are great communicators and always gave us a heads up when someone was on their way over to the site. Their attention to detail and organization made the process 100% easier for us. Without Kevin, Sara, and Samantha, I'm not sure we would have made it!
  Jason gave us a thorough and very helpful orientation so we were prepped and educated on all the system's functions. He gave us great demos and left us feeling armed with the information we need. This project was an overwhelming undertaking. The whole team's patience, kindness, and reliability to always be on call for questions or concerns was everything we could have asked for.

  We love our pool. Tommy Jr. helped us design the perfect pool. The addition of the sun deck was a great decision. Sara was awesome helping us get all of our permits squared away and James really took the time to show us how everything works. As a first time pool owner James is always available to answer my questions and I have a lot of them. We’ll be working with them to for years to come.

  My experience with Nejame was phenomenal from start to finish. Tom Nejame Jr was extremely patient and helpful with coordinating the design to best suit the layout of my yard. He listed all possible options and did not try to upsell me once! Sara DeMici was amazing as she managed the project and was always accessible. Her expertise in the myriad of questions that I had gave my family great comfort that we chose the correct pool installer. She was able to procure a successful opening ahead of schedule. Once the pool was installed, the service team stayed to show me the mechanicals and perform a thorough instructional walk through. Nejame truly is a family business and makes you feel like you are part of theirs even after the job is complete. They are an A+ business and make the customer feel the same way!
