  The actual gutter cleaning process went well. The team pulled up, cleaned out the overfilled gutters, and left in 20 minutes or so. They bagged most of the debris, there are some spots that they didn’t get it all in the bags, but they were mostly thorough.
  
  The process I am not thrilled about is the scheduling and estimation process. When I called I spoke to a woman who spoke quite quickly about the pricing and availability. When I expressed the desire to call back after reviewing further options , she pulled out the sale tactics, and asked why I would want to review other company quotes—— because it’s 2023 and that’s what you should do. I wasn’t trying to make her up the terms or throw in extras, but that’s what she started to do. I caved because that’s the type of person I am, my own shortcoming, but nevertheless. Then , after I’ve caved she goes into a whole yearly service plan, and tries to get me to sign up for that service for a charged total of $600 something, which given my need for estimates - I did not have - not to mention I’d like to see their work first. I signed up for that plan, but broken into quarterly sums, which can be cancelled without fees.
  
  After all that- there was no concrete day established for when they would come out, it was just weather dependent. She did say in a couple days and as the days went past a couple without any indication of when they would come . I called and was told ,” well they could be out today or tomorrow, just see” essentially, but in a nice way. I just like to have more concrete times established, especially if the rep says a couple of days.
  
  Not a bad experience overall, just felt like a pushy one , that makes me uncomfortable.

  Had my gutters cleaned, two techs were sent within days of scheduling
  They were done in minutes and ALL evidence was cleaned up and removed
  They were professional and personable. My experience from the very first phone call was perfect
  I highly recommend Ned Stevens Gutter, they also left note regarding a possible problem which was very helpful

  I recently signed up for yearly cleaning. After a storm I encountered some water in my basement. Ned Stevens came out and found 3 cracked gutters and 2 end caps that need replacing. I am so happy with this company. I don't even know how old these gutters are on the house. At least 30 years possibly more. Thank you for the thorough inspection. Even on second floor!!!!!!
