  Our 2018 truck stalled and we thought we needed a new battery. The technician tested the battery and determined it was good. We don’t know why the truck stalled. They didn’t charge for the diagnostic test. My husband was very upset but the staff was very understanding. I appreciated all of their efforts to resolve the situation. They wanted maintain a good relationship with us. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them since 2014.

  I really like to give some feedback of the positive experience I’ve had with the service department since I bought my 2018 Ford F150. I bought my 2018 F150, January 2018 and I only use Ford factory service. I’ve been fortunate enough to own other new cars and currently do have a 2022 vehicle from another manufacturer. I’ll tell you a funny story I had both cars in for service last Saturday and this is not the first time I service advisor told me that my inspection will be up in June. And would I like to get it inspected now. A matter fact last year I didn’t even have a registration done, and I advisor did my registration at the dealership and then I got my inspection. I also had my other car in for service at another dealership an it needed an inspection in June too. They didn’t tell me. Now I will have to go back to get it inspected. Also this is something you don’t hear very frequently. Trust. When my advisor is telling me that I need some thing I don’t feel they are just try to upsell me things I don’t need. That is a refreshing feeling. I’d like to say my service experience has been so pleasant that I would consider buying another Ford because of it and I like to say thank you to all my advisers and I hope I didn’t miss anybody.
