  Michele Mazzo LCSW is an excellent therapist that has a very mature and calm demeanor that helped me get through some issues that I couldn't on my own.

  I was lucky to begin sessions with Michelle a year and a half ago - we instantly clicked. I felt so safe and at ease with Michelle.
  
  I was going through some health issues and one of the more difficult times of my life. I developed anxiety issues from it all, and Michelle was a lifesaver. She helped me overcome many obstacles and my life became easier again. Once we got through the more difficult times, she helped guide me through other areas of my life. I've not only gotten my life back but I've gained so much more insight about myself and feel even better. I'm so very thankful for Michelle, and for Navesink wellness for employing such kind people. If anyone is looking for assistance in any area of their life, Michelle and the NWC team would be a great resource for you!

  From the very beginning, my experience with Navasink Wellness Center has been nothing short of amazing. I have been going to therapy for years. I saw about 5 different therapists in the past 10 years. It is extremely hard finding one to click with, understand you, and feel you are making progress. In June 2021, I called Navasink inquiring about therapy (couples). I had about 10 other places on my list to vet out. Ann answered the phone and was so helpful. I explained a little about what my boyfriend and I were coming for and my budget. She told me, Michele would be a really great fit. Michele was out of the office for a few weeks, but I was adamant about waiting and speaking with everyone before I made a decision. The day Michele came back on her honey moon, she called me. She was the only one who listened to me and explained how she works through her sessions. She was the only one that did not bring up negativity, her opinion, money, etc (and only one willing to see us in person). The next day we went to see her and we still have not stopped seeing her since. I cannot say enough words about Michele. I am critical and I am picky when it comes to picking certain people to trust and move forward with- especially my boyfriend who was super timid about going to see a therapist. Michele has changed our lives. She has helped us learn to understand each other, leave space for one another's concerns, and learn how to build stronger foundation for our relationship. She has helped us become more confident individually and set healthy boundaries in many aspects of our lives. I love and appreciate that she helps self discover. She does not give her opinion or tell you what to do. She asks powerful questions that help YOU understand why you feel a certain way, where certain feelings sit with you, and ultimately - what is the underlying unmet need. We don't need to go as much as we do, but sitting with Michele is just therapeutic. Her presence, her tonality, and her true passion for helping each individual reach the goals. I can go on and on. If you are contemplating therapy, you will not regret Navasink Wellness Center / Michele.

  This place is nothing short of amazing and has been my absolute lifeline this last month as I began navigating through my divorce. Michele and her team are caring, personable, understanding and have created a beautiful environment where you feel safe and at peace even when your world is rocked. I feel as though there is nothing I cannot do with Michele's support and guidance. I cannot thank my lucky stars enough for bringing them into my life.

  I went to Navesink Wellness Center for a massage with Michelle Smith. I get massages often so I wasn't expecting an experience much different then what I have become accustomed to. However, my Jin Shin Do treatment with Michelle was truly amazing. I have chronic pain in my legs and shoulders - through her work, I now have ZERO pain and a much larger range of motion. I also suffer from anxiety - and throughout my session, I was able to relax and experience such a deep calm, which never happens for me! I will never go anywhere else to get worked on!
