Usef, arrived right on time, was clearly identified as an employee of Natural Pest Control, was very professional and meticulous in inspecting the building. Usef used different products to treat different areas based on whether or not children and pets would potentially be exposed. I feel very confident in the safety of the products used and have already seen a difference in the number of crickets and water bugs. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will most likely hire them for routine maintenance. Excellent customer service!
