I would have loved to rate this company a 5 because the technician (Joshua) that has come to my home to make adjustments on my husbands new wheelchair has been excellent ! He has not only adjusted the new chair but he also made a safety repair to the first chair we ordered thru National Seating! He is personable and professional!
The only reason I can not rate this company a 5 is simply because it took 3 days of repeated trying to get someone to answer my call for service! I did leave a name and phone number as requested the first day but to no avail. On the third day after a long hold I got thru! Thankfully alls well that ends well 😀

My wife and I are beyond pleased with this entire experience from beginning end!!
Everyone involved from beginning to end was very pleasant and made thing’s very easy for us and the time that she received her power chair was faster than originally quoted.
