National MetaI Industries in NY went WAY above and beyond to help me. About 5 years ago I purchased PEXCO 48" Chain Link Fence Slats with Wings from them. We had additional fencing installed and needed more slats. I emailed PEXCO the slat manufacturer and asked if there was a distributor closer to Cincinnati OH than National Metal Industries in NY but received Zero response. I then contacted National Metal Industries sales and emailed them copy of the original sales order showing Redwood Slats from my previous purchase and requested a pricing quote to include shipping for new slats. Miss Julia emailed me a quote and I soon had my new slats, but they were not the same color as our previously purchased ones. I emailed Miss Juila with a photo showing the color difference and she quickly responded with return UPS call tags and shipped a new shipment of the correct Brown color slats. Apparently, the color was changed from Redwood to Brown on their copies, but my sales copy did not show that. It is Extremely refreshing to encounter a business that is willing to do whatever is necessary to solve problems. Miss Julia is very professional and is highly recommended as a sales contact at National Metal Industries.

Stopped in on a Saturday. Was extremely impressed with the service desk. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Couldn't fit post in vehicle. They delivered it Monday morning, No charge. Customer service still lives here.

I purchased the decking and railing for my pool from National Metal Industries and I could not be happier! As a homeowner it was nice to have a local company that I could purchase materials directly for my project. The customer service was amazing. Mike took care of my order, he was attentive and took care of every detail. Would highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Products are competitively priced and materials are the highest of quality. They offered custom fabrications for all my fencing needs as well as recommending a licensed and insured installer. I am completely satisfied with my experience and love my fence! Could not ask for more!
