(June 6, 2023, 7:22 pm)I usually dread walk-in type of blood work appointments, from my experience it’s always such a long wait and everyone who works there is usually miserable! That was the furthest thing from my experience at Natera Stony Brook! Erica did all of my intake information and did my blood work, she has such a great system, for a one woman show, she didn’t miss a beat! I was in and out within 10 minutes and she was the sweetest, most supportive phlebotomist I’ve ever dealt with!
A really great experience from start to finish! -

She went above and beyond to send me out with water because I was dehydrated and just truly made me feel cared for and special. Thank you Erica. You made my day better!
