  Natalya Khimich is an extraordinary agent. I was drawn to her from our very first meeting, I felt like we knew each other for a very long time. She was knowledgeable about the market and skillfully navigated me through this entire process to owning my own home here in Philadelphia. I started out looking for a rent to own facility with more space than the apartment that my lease was coming to a close early in 2022.
