I was in excruciating pain when I was referred to this clinic. I was seen by Dr. Jessica Kagan. She did a superb job. I was so scared but she showed such compassion and kindness. I felt no pain even though my tooth had two root canals and she had to enter it, through the same opening for two days. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs dental work.
This was my first root canal and I was so nervous, but everyone was so kind and personable that all I could really feel was comfort and ease. Demeanor is so important to me, along with experience and they showed excellence, warmth and compassion. Dr. Einbender is truly the best. He explained everything and he also has an awesome sense of humor. His Staff is very friendly too. I have found my endodontist for life! :)
This was my first root canal, so I was a little apprehensive. While I was assured that root canals are not the painful ordeal they used to be, I was not sure what to expect. My experience with Nassau-Queens Endodontics was an absolute pleasure! The office staff was friendly and welcoming. And Dr. Jessica Kagan was marvelous! She combines a calm, friendly demeanor with great technical skill. The work she did on my tooth proceeded with precision and efficiency, and in short order the work was done. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure. Almost 24 hours later, still no pain. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kagan and Nassau-Queens Endodontics.
I had a fear of getting a root canal but this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a dental office. My appt. was at 11:00 and my procedure was completed by 12. Dr. Kagan made me feel calm, relaxed and comforted. The procedure was painless! I would highly recommend this place.
I have a great fear of dentists and root canals but wow, seriously shocked at how well everything went. Dr. Kagan was professional and calm. I barely felt the needle going in and the use of the dental dam kept things from falling into the back of my mouth. They also placed a tire on the other side of my mouth so I can rest my jaw on it.
Excellent experience from top to bottom. Won't go to anyone else for root canals from here on out.
