I'd rather pay the premium to have an actual motor head behind the counter to advise me, and to whom I can complain or return parts. It's difficult to negotiate with rock auto after the fact.

(July 12, 2019, 9:21 am)I will say the set up is a little confusing having never been in a NAPA store before and I might have accidentally walked into the back without realizing at first. I came in looking for a specific air filter, I asked the gentleman at the counter and he was very nice and helped me find it. Good experience overall.
