It's sad to say nothing like their Belchertown store that is totally the opposite. Unorganized and extremely rude workers -

Prices are very fair also. They always provide receipts with every purchase, whether you buy many items, or even just one. I can easily find what I need here. Service is terrific. Never a long wait to get what you need. Staff are always willing to answer your questions. They can also order things you may need that aren't available in the store. Napa makes it easy & quick to get what you're looking for & be on your way.
