Our experience with Nancy was great. We were first time home buyers and looking out of the area we grew up in. Thankfully, Nancy helped us find a perfect starter, ranch style in Pike County, PA. She raised her kids here so she knew the area well.

I worked with Nancy Leavitt when I was an office administrator. Nancy was one of the best Realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with and also getting to know as a friend. She always spent the same time with the Buyers and Sellers no matter what their price ranges were and took care and concern with all of their needs. She treated each client as if they were family. Nancy was very knowledgeable in her field and for that reason amongst many others I would highly recommend Nancy as a Realtor.

Nancy is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. Nancy always goes the extra mile and listens to what the client is requesting. Nancy thinks of every detail and her work is superior. Nancy is quick to respond, detailed oriented and very witty. She makes the home buying process go smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Nancy. I have recommended her personally to friends and family.

Working with Nancy to find our vacation condo made the process so much easier than we anticipated. She was very pleasant and knew the area well. She was able to show us properties in the area that were within our budget and offered the perks that we required. I would most definitely recommend Nancy.

Working with Nancy was fabulous. Everyone I knew told us how long it took to find their home. We spent much time with Nancy discussing what was important to us and narrowing down what we absolutely had to have in our price range. At the end of each trip Nancy narrowed what she thought our best fit homes were and asked us how close she was. Second trip out with her we found our home.

It still seems unreal how fast it all happened. I am so happy we had Nancy's help finding our home.
