I have been seeing Nancy for a couple of months now, and she is absolutely wonderful. Aside from being an incredibly kind person, I cannot stress enough how vast her nutritional knowledge is - you will definitely want to take notes! Her passion for what she does and dedication to tailoring sessions to your specific needs was so refreshing and helpful. We created a realistic meal plan together with actionable steps I can take to get to a healthier me! You will be so impressed by Nancy, and your body will thank you for taking the time to learn about how to nourish it correctly!!
I had 6 sessions with Nancy so far. Every session I have my pen and paper ready, I didn't want to miss even part of the very useful information she was sharing with me about food, and the human body.
She is very knowledgeable and more importantly very generous with the knowledge she has.
Learning from Nancy is never just about the 'What', the 'Why' is always explained just as well, which makes integrating these changes into my life a lot easier.
One thing that I truly appreciate about Nancy is that it is easy to tell she loves her profession. She doesn't just speak from older knowledge, she is very much up to date with new research and gets excited about sharing it with me(as well as other clients, I am sure). She addressed all of the issues I was dealing with, and I will continue to use that knowledge to help myself and my loved ones!
