(July 19, 2023, 6:52 pm)The staff and manager at the Southington location were really helpful they went above and beyond to help us out. We had a factory defect which caused our hot tub to leak. We contacted Namco, they got back to us promptly. We were offered a brand new replacement, but had wanted to upgrade . They approved our request and delivered our upgraded hot tub very quickly.

As a first time pool buyer it was important for me to get the answers I needed. Looking forward to delivery, setup and finally using this great pool! Thanks Namco!!

He has gone above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Robert guided us on the purchase of a pool that fit our needs. And since then he has treated us like family.
