  I did my first sound healing with crystal healing as well and it was incredible! Lilian instantly made me feel comfortable and really guided me on this beautiful journey. It was such a wonderful experience, I could have stayed and talked with Lilian all day. I highly recommend experiencing this with her. I left feeling so at peace and in tune with myself. Her space is calm and inviting and so is she. I found Namaste Sound Healing by chance and I am so happy I did. I cannot wait to book another session with her again.

  Lillian, your place was so welcoming, I felt your positive energy right away when I met you. Crystal and sound healing was my first time today. The experience was relaxing, peaceful, and comforting. I felt all that no longer serve me leave my mind, body, and spirit. Thank you so much, My chakras are aligned and I am feeling vibrate inside and out.   I did a sound bath at Namaste Sound Healing and it was incredible! Lilian radiates positivity and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I left the session feeling completely relaxed and clear minded. I highly recommend if you’re looking to calm your body and mind.

  Lilian is absolutely incredible. Her energy is so warm and inviting. As soon as I arrived, I felt extremely comfortable and safe. She did a beautiful job of explaining all of her research on my numerology and had a very enlightening discussion. Once we began the crystal therapy, I could feel the energy right away. I left feeling completely balanced and utterly inspired. If you have an opportunity to book a session with Lilian, you will not be disappointed.

  I have attended the Tibetan sound healing and reflexology sessions with Lily. The experience was absolutely wonderful both times. The Sound healing therapy is my favorite, it was such a great experience; the calmness after the session lasted for more than a week. Lily is a very gentle and patient Therapist . She has a calming aura around her. I would recommend everyone to experience this.
  The reflexology session was also very helpful.
