(December 26, 2022, 8:31 pm)Delicious! The fufu and peanut stew were very good. I think brief descriptions in the menu of each dish (i.e. spicy, sweet, fried, etc.) and photos would make it easier to order for those not familiar with Ghanian food. The peanut stew is a bit fishy, filling, and savory. I used the leftover stew by adding the broth to my sofrito when making dinner the next day.
The bissap juice is a 10/10 , worth adding to your order and trying whether it's a favorite or you've never had it before. If you're not into sweet drinks, I'd recommend mixing it into some lemon water. The white rice is fresh and the owners at the market are very kind. If you find yourself in the area, a spot like this is worth checking out- for a large meal, a quick drink, or refreshing snack.
I haven't tried the alloco, bofrot (Ghanian donuts), or poulet braisé but these seem like great additions to the menu. -
