Always a good experience as vendors/exhibitors at the annual Abilities Expo NY & NJ.
Wifi should be free for exhibitors, especially since this was an event for special needs folks!

My girlfriend and I went to the Chocolate Festival there (twice) many, many years ago. The last time we were there, there were only half as many vendors. (And that was way before Covid!!!) I'm just trying to find out if you still have the Chocolate Festival. It's a bit of a crazy trip from Albany NY, but so worth it!!! Thanks.

Several events take place at this facility throughout each year. There are two sets of restrooms but not enough stalls for women or accessible restrooms. There is a huge parking lot, and it would benefit the attendees if valet parking was made available. While the food offerings are overpriced, the food isn't horrible.
They do a good job with spacing out each exhibitors' area. Navigating through the crowds of an event can feel overwhelming at times. Still, this location is near all major NJ highways and a prime location to hold large exhibition events.
Hotels and restaurants are near enough for those exhibitors or attendees traveling from out of state.

At 150,000 sqft of floor space (= 2.5 football fields including the end zones) this is one of the larger event venues in NJ. It is certainly the most affordable. Unlike all of the alternatives, parking is free. Events held here can control their costs and many could not even occur if they had to pay NYC rates that are 10x higher.
