(July 25, 2022, 11:07 am)I've been working with Denise & Sarah since Fall 2021. Since I am at the coast of Georgia, I aim for online practice 3 times weekly. I practice in my office during my lunch break. Once bathing suit season hit I could SEE the difference in my body & I finally feel comfortable in a suit. I'm stronger with better posture & my low back pain is minimal. I appreciate the teachers' close eye on us students to ensure proper positioning. Thank you, Denise et al for my Pilates body! Feeling great!

I have been a virtual client for over a year and never would have believed that I would be in great shape thanks to online Pilates classes. I’ve been an athlete most of my life, but Pilates has taken my level of fitness beyond what I thought I was capable of. Denise is an expert and often knows what my body is doing before I realize it. She truly trains your Core-your whole body and mind-to achieve incredible results. She and her team are organized, good communicators, and online booking for classes is easy. I highly recommend it!

I always feel so accomplished, strong, and aligned after a zoom Pilates session with any of the fabulous instructors! I honestly wish I could give it six stars. I would recommend this to anyone looking to start or further their fitness journey.

(May 3, 2021, 4:30 pm)I am so grateful to Denise for rebuilding my body after suffering multiple in injuries. She has helped me with proper posture, alignment and balance. The core work has also improved my tennis game. It has been a very wonderful and rewarding experience.
