Thank you so much for sharing your wealth of knowledge about nutrition. It is amazing how much your suggestions make such a difference in how I feel!
When you are ready to get serious about nutrition and eating, Dan is the right choice. With years of experience and a passion for education, Dan will give you more than a diet plan. He will teach you how to eat to support your goals for the rest of your life. No cookie cutter diet plans, but a personalized approach that will take into account your food preferences, lifestyle, medical issues, etc. As a fitness professional, I feel comfortable sending my clients to him, since I know they will be in good hands.
Dan is an excellent coach. I am learning about nutrition and the foods that will help me reach my goals. I am making progress …and I am delighted to try new foods….I was a fussy eater….I’m now seeing results.
I had such a rewarding experience while using the My Fit Weight program. The program helped myself and my fiancé make the changes needed to live happier healthy lives. The program was progressive, so it did not overwhelm us, it built on itself as we went through the chapters. We found such great success with this program. We both come from long lines of over eaters and generations of poor diets. I grew up on quick meals my parents would prepare after long shifts that main ingredients usually came from a box or can. My fiancé came from a household that ate a lot of sodium and fats in every meal with full plates heaping over the sides. When we started this program we had a lot to learn and unlearn about eating habits and nutrition. Using My Fit Weight was exactly what we needed and more! We learned about meal planning and healthier food options. The program also made us look closely at our own personal habits that effects our health, such as our morning or after work routines.
I highly recommend this program, from someone who felt I had tried it all , My Fit Weight program was so much more than a diet trend or new fitness craze. It is science , it is personal , it is amazing!
I have known Dan as a trainer, a collogue, and a friend for some number of years and I can say that I try to hold myself to his example. As a physical therapist, and personal trainer I could not recommend any more strongly.

The amount includes water from food, which is usually less than 20% of your total intake. A sensible test is to make sure your urine output is light in color.
