- flexible with their deadline accommodations;
- pleasant customer service;
- a bit on the pricier side; however, you rightfully get what you pay for;
- they refitted a dress for one of my family members very well
- magicians with repairs; I took a jacket there to get stitched up, that was shredded at the seam, and they repaired it good as new!
- 4 stars because 1 time I tried to get hat stains removed, but they couldn't remove them fully
