  Tara is an amazing caterer. I booked her for my birthday bash and she did a phenomenal job! Very professional, organized, and friendly! You can tell that she loves her craft because it reflects in her work. What I enjoyed the most is her ability to be detail-oriented when it came to bringing the menu that I picked for my event to come to life so beautifully. I would definitely recommend Belizean Gourmet Catering for anyone looking to book quality.

  Tara and team did an amazing job catering a tailgate for our Alumni group at a Rutgers game. The food was great, and the communication ahead of time was amazing!!!! Absolutely would book again for another event!!!

  Tara catered our daughter’s graduation party, and everyone was raving about the food. Pulled pork, bbq chicken, Mac & cheese and collards, all DELICIOUS. Tara was responsive and helpful as I made my order, and on the day of, she arrived promptly. Definitely recommend!

  Tara did an Amazing job catering my farewell bbq for my husband’s upcoming deployment. The food was so flavorful and the ribs fell off the bone. I also appreciated Tara’s professionalism. She was easy to communicate with and delivered the food with care and on-time. I look forward to using Tara again in the future! You will not regret booking her!

  The food was a 10/10! My Belizean Gourmet catered a dinner at my job and the owner was very accommodating. This was my first experience eating authentic Belizean cuisine and the food was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had potato salad prepared that way and it was so creamy and delicious! The plantains were sweet, the rice and beans were seasoned well and the bread pudding was on point! I highly recommend them for your food and catering needs!
