  I can not recommend coming here enough if you have an injury or want to get stronger. After 15 years of debilitating back pain that I thought would haunt me forever, I am PAIN-FREE, healthy, and strong. Dr Filer is exceptionally knowledgeable and makes sure every program is tailored exactly to your needs and goals.

  Dr. Filer is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives you background knowledge on why muscles do what they do. He provides you with videos and workouts to improve your injury while you are on your own. I would recommend him to anyone who needs some rehabilitation.

  Christian helped me 10 years ago quickly rehab a quad injury. Last fall, when an arthritic hip was diagnosed, I tracked him down to MVMT and I'm glad I did. He provided concierge service at my house during COVID, listened intently to my symptoms, analyzed my hip, and then developed a plan of visits and exercises to improve my range of motion and reduce my pain.
  I do barbell training and was pleased to find Christian has added that to his resume. He became my coach, analyzed my lifts, and helped me improve them, particularly my deadlift and squat. He is good with technology and much of my coaching is done via video and email/text. He also has a great library of useful training videos.
  Highly recommend.

  Dr.Christian Filer helped me recover from several sports injuries throughout my high school and college tennis career! Not only does he provide innovative and exceptional care, he educates on what to do in order to fix your movements and avoid future injuries. Dr.Filer helped me get back to a competitive level after each injury with confidence and strength!
