(March 13, 2021, 8:37 pm)I went to the East Hartford Music & Arts store upon the recommendation of a music teacher. Was in need of a saxophone repair to an antique student-level model. I decided to buy a beautiful entry-level professional model saxophone. The sales person was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Quite impressed, and I absolutely love and enjoy my beautiful saxophone.

Speaking with four people, including the manager, they helped me find a great trombone and were super kind to me about helping me out and financing it. Go here! You won’t regret it.

(January 4, 2019, 8:53 am)I have spent a lot of time at this store with my kids. All three kids play different instruments, which means I'm at the music store constantly. Each time I go in, I am more impressed than that last. The staff are courteous, and very helpful. They are informative, and help guide me to the best option, yet never pushy on sales. They are very knowledgeable. I can't say enough nice things about this store. I am thoroughly impressed.
