(June 29, 2023, 11:09 am)OUTSTANDING Customer Service, above and beyond! As I am a transplant from CT my Jeep Wrangler wasn't purchased from Mullen Motors. After moving to LI and hearing rave reviews about them I decided to make an appointment for my car inspection and tune-up. Not only was it easy to schedule, the wait time was short and I was given updates as to exactly what needed to be done as well as the cost.
I've been going back ever since for all of my servicing and I would recommend Mullen Motors to anyone wanting to be treated like family. They are the best, and I'll always remain a loyal customer. Additionally, when it's time to buy another vehicle I'll surely head to Southold, (and I live in Nassau County!)
DEFINITELY worth the trip!
